Its most important task is to provide the power levels required for driving quickly and reliably. The optimum temperature is crucial for a long battery life: from an operating temperature of around +40\u00b0C, service life is drastically reduced. Below -10\u00b0 C, efficiency drops off and performance sinks. We develop HVAC systems that take into account short-term peak loads, excessive temperature differences between individual cells, and very high or low outdoor temperatures. This is particularly important for charging infrastructures in harsh environments. These technologies help to maximise energy efficiency, reduce emissions and improve comfort for workers. Energy storage systems help to operate energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as mobile cooling and heating stations. They reduce the need for external power, lower operating costs and minimise the environmental footprint of a construction site.
