ISO9001:2015

One of the most important standards in quality management is the ISO9001:2015 certification. We have a clear focus on optimising processes to optimise our business performance and best meet customer requirements.

ISO 14001:2015

With this environmental management standard, we place great importance on environmental protection. In accordance with standards, we define the responsibilities and processes in our company for this purpose. This includes regulations on planning, execution and control, as well as the definition of responsibilities, conduct and procedures.

EN 17460

EN 17460 governs all the required quality requirements for the bonding of rail vehicles and components. To meet the requirements in the area of rail vehicles, we are also the holders of the bonding certificate EN17460, which serves as proof of suitability for the bonding of rail vehicles and their components.

ISO 15085-2

ISO 15085-2 (Classification level CL1 according to EN 15085-2:2020; activities: Service S (procurement/assembly); Design D) is a key standard in the field of welding railway vehicles and their components. It defines the quality requirements as well as the necessary operational and personnel prerequisites for welding in this safety-critical area. By complying with this standard, we ensure that all welding work is carried out to the highest quality standards.

Company Certificate in accordance with the F-Gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573

This certificate (Category A1) confirms that our company complies with the requirements of the current EU regulation on fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases). It governs the proper handling of climate-relevant refrigerants and ensures that installation, servicing, maintenance, and disposal are carried out in accordance with legal requirements. By complying with this regulation, we actively contribute to climate protection and ensure the safe and environmentally responsible operation of our systems.

Brazers according to ISO 13585

This qualification confirms the proper training and certification of our personnel in brazing in accordance with ISO 13585. The standard defines the requirements for the skills and knowledge of brazers, particularly for safety-critical joints. With certified personnel, we ensure that all brazing work is carried out reliably, in compliance with standards, and with consistently high quality.

High-Voltage Technician – Training Level HV2

This qualification confirms the proper training of our personnel for working on high-voltage systems according to training level HV2. It enables the safe execution of tasks on de-energized high-voltage systems and, under certain conditions, in their vicinity. The training includes the transfer of safety-relevant expertise, protective measures, and the correct application of working and testing procedures.

ISO 27001 in planning

Another important standard for demonstrating the information security of our systems. The standard specifies the requirements for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an information security management system (ISMS) and aims to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

The protection of information and data is the highest priority for us. In order to meet the increasing demands of information security and offer our customers an even higher level of trust and transparency, we have started the process for ISO 27001 certification.
ISO 27001 is the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems (ISMS). With the planned certification, we would like to ensure that our processes, system and measures correspond to the highest security standards – today and in future.

IATF 16949 in planning

We are constantly focused on the requirements of our customers. For quality assurance in the automotive sector, we have committed ourselves to the uniform standards of the automotive industry IATF 16949.
Introduced by automotive manufacturers (OEMs), this globally recognised quality management standard proves that we meet their high requirements and expectations and deliver consistent quality.

CE marking

In order to comply with all valid EU directives in terms of safety and consumer protection, our produced systems are always subject to CE marking and conformity. Upon request and commission, we provide systems with the CE marking.

UL conformity

For overseas projects, we can implement product developments in accordance with North American (USA and Canada) UL conformities. This test mark has a high value in terms of safety regulations. Upon request and commission, we provide systems with the UL certification.

Fire safety standard

If required and depending on project requirements, our systems also comply with various railway standards, such as fire safety standards DIN EN 45545-2:2020

REACH compliant material management

The European Union’s REACH regulation to protect human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals comes into play in Aircontech’s material management. All installed parts are tested and comply with the requirements of the REACH regulation.

RoHS-compliant material management

The RoHS Directive of the European Union, which restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, is consistently implemented in material management at Aircontech. All components and materials used are carefully checked and comply with the requirements of the RoHS Directive.
