Thermal management solutions mean energy optimisation of the heat balance in a vehicle. Our air conditioning solutions help to optimally conduct heat flows to increase interior comfort. The area of application in thermal management solutions ranges from 0.1 to 60 kW cooling capacity per system. Our team meets a wide variety of environmental requirements and customer needs. Our customers are manufacturers of vehicles, working devices and plants.

Our system development process “ASEP” supports the process flows in all areas of development. Of course, we also use common state-of-the-art quality management tools, such as APQB, PPAP, design and process FMEA. As an experienced partner, we take responsibility for the complete system solution.

Aircontech accompanies you from the idea to the finished product – we cover all steps for you from the initial concept to the final design. In detail, this includes:

Prototyping & Tests

Aircontech has its own prototype construction facility and is therefore able to quickly and flexibly create initial functional samples for you. We have a comprehensive range of testing equipment at our disposal. With this, we prove the performance of the products and determine performance data for you. In our in-house climate chamber, there is room for a vehicle cabin for system tests.

Series production

Aircontech has a flexible production system. We produce both small series of, for example, 5 units per year and large series of up to 20,000 units per year. The focus is on the quality of the products and the efficiency of the work steps. Our company is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015 and works with common quality management tools.

Aircontech develops and produces individual, robust and efficient air conditioning systems thermal management solutions. Each area of application has special requirements due to contamination, exposure to media or the ambient temperature. Aircontech will find the right components for you and develop the right design to ensure durability.

Thermal management retrofit


Aircontech offers partially integrated solutions for wall- or rear-mounting or on-roof devices as well as space-saving compact solutions for retrofitting your applications. You can rely on short planning and fast delivery times. Of course, we also assist you during installation and provide installation and maintenance instructions.
